2014, first edition
Expogusto 2014, fair of Wine&Food excellences, ended with positive confirmations and big gratifications.
The event took place in the spaces of Lugano Congress Palace with the participation of both Italian and Swiss exhibitors.
Great turnout of national and international professionals of the field.
In the three days of Expogusto, more than forty events have been organized: cooking shows, seminars, guided tastings, workshops and live demonstrations. The developed format combined exhibitions and a rich program of events dedicated to the Wine&Food and its protagonists. Chef Aimo Moroni was the Ambassador of the event. ExpoGusto involved the local authorities, the most important associations of the field, such as AIS, FISAR, ONAV, ASPI, ASSP and international chefs leaded by Aimo Moroni.
The rooms of the Lugano Congress Palace have been divided by thematic areas; wine, a space dedicated only to the best of the oenological field; food, an area dedicated only to products such as pasta, oil, cheese and sweets; beer, a space that hosted Italian and European microbreweries to represent the excellence of the hand-crafted beer ; RistoExpoGusto, the restaurant area where the chefs presented their finest cuisine, sold out on every session.
More than twenty great chefs alternated and worked side by side to have all the food lovers live an amazing food experience. “Food is a beautiful story: it is culture, it is civilization” (Aimo Moroni).
